Recipe - Chess Cakes

Ingredients:
Chess Cakes recipe makes 12 Servings
FOR THE CRUST
One fourth pound Butter
1 pack (3 Oz.) Cream Cheese
1 cup Sifted Flour
FOR THE FILLING
1 Egg
Three fourths cup Light Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Melted Butter
One half cup Pecans; finely chopped
One half teaspoon Vanilla
Combine all ingredients for crust in mixing bowl. Press with fingers into
small muffin tins. Combine all ingredients for filling and spread on top of
crust. Bake for 25 minutes at 325.
