Recipe - Cherry Salad

1 pack (3oz) cherryflavored
gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
1 cn (17oz) pitted Bing
cherries; drained
1 cup Commercial sour cream
One fourth cup Chopped pecans
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cherry juice. Chill until
gelatin becomes syrupy. Stir in sour cream and blend thoroughly. Add
cherries and nuts. Chill until firm. Yield: 6 servings.
