9 qt WATER; COLD
8 Three fourths pound MILK SHAKE MIX One half GAL
1 pack BEV BASE PWD CHERRY
1. DISSOLVE CHERRY FLAVORED BEVERAGE BASE IN WARM WATER. MIX 3 One half QT
RECONSTITUTED BEVERAGE BASE CONCENTRATE WITH VANILLA ICE MILKMILK,
DEHYDRATED. STIR IN COLD WATER. MIX THOROUGHLY.
2. CHILL 4 TO 24 HOURS TO 35 F. TO 40 F.
3. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO TOP HOPPER OF MILK SHAKE MACHINE.
FREEZER TO A TEMPERATURE OF 27 F. TO 30 F. RESERVE LEFTOVER 1 One half QT
RECONSTITUTED BEVERAGE BASE CONCENTRATE FOR NEXT BATCH.
