One half cup Bing cherries
One half cup Lemon juice
4 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Ice water
Sprig of mint

Place all ingredients but mint in a blender, and puree 1 minutes. Add
sugar to taste. Pour into icefilled glass. Garnish with mint. Yield: 1
serving
