Recipe - Cherry Cream Filling

3 ounce Cream Cheese; softened
One fourth cup Sugar
1 Egg
One half teaspoon Vanilla Extract
One fourth teaspoon Almond Extract
1/3 cup Maraschino Cherries;
Chopped, well drained
2 dr Red Food Coloring; optional
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in small bowl on medium speed of electric
mixer until well blended. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract; beat well.
(Mixture will be thin.)
2. Stir in cherries and food coloring, if desired.
