Recipe - Cherry Cranberry Salad

20 ounce Pitted tart red cherries,
drained; syrup reserved
3 ounce Cherry gelatin powder
8 ounce Or half of large can,
jellied cranberries
3 ounce Lemon gelatin powder
3 ounce Cream cheese or low cal
cream cheese; softened
1/3 cup Mayonnaise or Light
mayonnaise
8 Three fourths ounce Crushed pineapple; undrained
One half cup Whipping cream
1 cup Tiny marshmallows
2 tablespoon Chopped nuts
Drain cherries. Reserve syrup and add water to make 1 cup liquid. Bring to
boil. Remove from heat. Add cherry gelatin. Stir well. With fork break up
jellied cranberry sauce. Stir into cherry gelatin until smooth. Stir in
drained cherries. Turn into a 9x9x2" or 11x7 glass dish. Chill. Meanwhile,
dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Beat cream cheese and
mayonnaise. Gradually add lemon gelatin. Stir in crushed pineapple. Chill
until partially set. Whip cream. Fold into lemon mixture with marshmallows.
Spread on top of cherry gelatin. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cover and
chill until firm.
