Ingredients:
Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream recipe makes 8 Servings

3 ounce Cream cheese; softened
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
2 cup Half & half
2 cup Whipping cream, unwhipped
1 tablespoon Vanilla
One half teaspoon Almond extract
17 ounce Dark sweet cherries; pitted
well drained OR
10 ounce Maraschino cherries; drained
chopped
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add
sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into ice cream freezer container. Freeze according to manufacturer's
directions. Makes 1One half quarts.
