CRUST
1 Box snackwells fatfree
cinnamon snacks, crushed
3 tablespoon Sugar or
1 One half tablespoon Sugar & 1 One half pkts sweet 'n
low
3 tablespoon Liquid butterbuds; (up to 4)
FILLING
8 ounce Philly fatfree cream cheese
One half cup Sugar or
One fourth cup And 3 pkts sweet 'n low)
One half cup "egg beaters"
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 tablespoon Flour
TOPPING #1
1 cn (21oz )lite cherry pie
filling
1 pack Sweet'n low
1 teaspoon Almond extract
TOPPING #2
2 cup Dream whip; prepared
Blend well together (in food processor) the Snackwells, sugar and butter
buds and pat into bottom of a 9 One half by 13 glass baking dish which has been
sprayed with cooking spray. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg beaters,
lemon juice , vanilla and flour until smooth. Pour on top of crust and bake
@ 350 for 2030 min. Insert knife to see if it comes out clean. Cool, then
spread topping #1. Then add topping #2.
Makes 24 servings
(Since this is so low in fat, for company I sometimes double the filling
and cherries, leaving everything else the same—makes a more attractive
serving and is still an acceptable alternative to highfat desserts) busted
