Recipe - Cherry Caramel Ring

One fourth cup Butter
One half cup Brown sugar; packed
2 tablespoon Light corn syrup
One half cup Pecan halves
One fourth cup Maraschino cherries
1 cn (10oz) refrigerator
biscuits
Place butter in 8inch round dish. Microwave at high One half to Three fourths minutes
until melted. Sprinkle sugar over butter & add corn syrup. Stir well with
fork. Place drinking glass in center of dish. Sprinkle pecans & cherries
over sugar mixture. Arrange biscuits over mixture in dish in petal shape,
squeezing to fit if necessary. Microwave at medium 68 minutes, rotating
dish One half turn after 3 minutes. Remove glass & invert onto serving plate.
Let dish stand over rolls a few minutes so remaining syrup in dish may
drizzle over rolls. Serve warm. Makes one 8inch ring.
