Recipe - Cherries Jubilee Sauce

Ingredients:

2 cup Canned cherries
2 tablespoon Sweet wine, such as port
One fourth cup Brandy

Heat cherries with wine in the top of a chafing dish; add brandy, ignite
and stir until the flames die.
