Recipe - Cherries Jubilee

1 One fourth cup Cold skim milk
One half teaspoon Almond extract; optional
1 Jello; (4 svg size) vanilla
flavor fat free sugar free
instant pudding and pie
filling
1 cup Fat free Cool Whip; thawed
2 tablespoon Toasted almonds; chopped and
divided
1 cn (20 oz) lite cherry pie
filling
Pour cold milk and One fourth teaspoon of the almond extract into a large bowl.
Add pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip
and 1 tablespoon of the chopped almonds. Mix cherry pie filling and
remaining One fourth teaspoon of the almond extract. Layer by spooning mixture and
pie filling alternately into 6 dessert glasses. Refrigerate until ready to
serve. Garnish with remaining almonds.
