Recipe - Cheris Orange Millet Bread

1 One half Lb Loaf:; (1 Lb
Loaf):
5/8 cup Water; (3/8 C)
One half cup Orange Juice; (3/8 C)
2 cup Bread Flour; (1 C)
1 cup WholeWheat Flour; (1 C)
3 tablespoon Millet; Whole, (2 T)
1 One half teaspoon Salt; (1 Tsp)
1 One half tablespoon Butter Or Margarine; (1 T)
1 One half tablespoon Honey; (1 T)
3 tablespoon Sunflower Seeds; Raw,
Unsalted,
2 T
3 tablespoon Raisins; (2 T)
1 Orange Rind; Grated, (1/2
Orange)
3 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast; (1 One half T)
This is a wholesome loaf bursting with different flavors and textures.
For Welbilt/Dak machines for large loaf add 2 T more water. For Welbilt
machine for small loaf add 1 T more water.
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press
Start.
After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and
allow to cool 1 hr before slicing.
Crust: Light Menu Selection: Bake (Light)
Very tasty loaf of bread...will definitely make it again.
