Recipe - Cherimoya Sherbet

One half cup Cherimoya; peeled and seeded
(it's this strange tropical
fruit)
One fourth cup Fresh squeezed orange juice
One half cup Fresh squeezed lime juice
1 qt Light cream or half and half
1 cup Sugar

Combine all ingredients in blender and work until smooth. Pour into 2
quart freezer container and freeze until firm. Return to blender and bland
until just smooth, being careful not to break down the ice crystals. Return
to freezer until firm. Garnish with thin lime slices and serve.
