Recipe - Cheesy Spinach Pinwheels

Categories: Appetizers, Ready-rolls, Cheese, Cheesy Spinach Pinwheels
Ingredients:

2 pack Frozen spinach thawed and
all water squeezed out
1 md Onion chopped fine
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine; (up to
2)
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup; (can
use low fat)
1 lg Jar Cheez Whiz; (can use
lite)
1 cn Mushroom pieces
Garlic powder

This is a killer dip that I had this past weekend. It is fantastic with
taco chips or pita chips or just plain bread or crackers!

Thaw spinach and squeeze out all water. Set aside. Saute onions in butter
until translucent. Add spinach to pan and stir for a couple of minutes. Add
soup and Cheez Whiz. Heat on low heat until thoroughly heated. Add mushroom
pieces and heat again. Add garlic powder to taste. Serve warm with crackers
or chips.
