Recipe - Cheesy Potatoes

2 One half pound Boiling potatoes; peeled and
cut into 1 inch cubes
One half pound Cream cheese
One half pound Sour cream
2 Eggs
Three fourths cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon Hot red pepper sauce
2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 45 min.
Place potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam
1215 minutes or until tender. Drain. Preheat oven to 350øF. Combine next 5
ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a food processor. Process until
smooth. Add cooked potatoes and process until just combined. Add half the
cheese and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a buttered baking dish and bake 20
minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake another 10 minutes
until cheese is melted
