Recipe - Cheesy Mushroom And Broccoli Casserole

1 pound Velveeta; cut into cubes
2 pack Frozen chopped broccoli
2 cn (medium) mushrooms; drained
1 cup Crushed Ritz crackers
One fourth Stick butter

Place broccoli in boiling water until it breaks up and turns bright green.
Drain well and place in a baking dish (I use the larger corning casserole).
Stir in cheese cubes until melted. Mix crackers and butter and sprinkle
over top. Bake in 350 degree oven until topping is browned slightly.
