Recipe - Cheesy Mediterranean Artichoke Pasta

Ingredients:

8 ounce Penne pasta; cooked/drained
14 One half ounce Diced tomatoes; drained
14 ounce Artichoke hearts;
drained/quartered
2 One fourth ounce Pitted ripe olives; cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Extravirgin olive oil
One fourth cup Shredded Parmesan cheese; or
Romano

Toss hot pasta with remaining ingredients. Heat 5 minutes or until
thoroughly heated. Serve immediately. Prep Time: 15 minutes, Cooking Time:
