Recipe - Cheesy Herb Biscuits

2 cup AllPurpose Flour
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
3 tablespoon Butter Flavor Shortening.
Three fourths cup Milk
One half cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon Chopped Chives
2 teaspoon Chopped Parsley
1 teaspoon Basil
Preheat RoastAir oven to 450 degrees. Combine flour and baking powder in
medium mixing bowl; cut in shortening until mixture crumbles. Stir in milk,
cheese and herbs just until moistened. Knead ten times on lightly floured
surface. Roll into rectangle 1/2inch thick. With 2inch biscuit cutter,
cut 1820 rounds. Place half the biscuit rounds on 14x8x12 inch baking
sheet. Place baking sheet on rack. Set rack in preheated cookwell, cover;
plug in RoastAir fan. Airbake 810 minutes or until puffed and lightly
browned. Remove biscuits with spatula onto cooling rack. Repeat with
remaining biscuit rounds.
