Recipe - Cheesy Country Spam Puff

6 sl White bread, torn into small
pieces
1 One fourth cup Milk
3 Eggs
1 tablespoon Spicy mustard
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
One half teaspoon Paprika
1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed
(12 oz)
2 cup Shredded sharp Cheddar
cheese, divided
One half cup Chopped onion
One half cup Shredded Monterey Jack
cheese

Heat oven to 375'F. In large mixing bowl, combine bread, milk, eggs,
mustard, garlic powder, and paprika. With electric mixer, beat at medium
speed 1 minute or until smooth. Stir in SPAM, 1 cup shredded Cheddar
cheese, and onion. Pour into greased 12x8" baking dish. Bake 25 minutes.
Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake 5 minutes
longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
