Recipe - Cheesy Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
Cheesy Chicken Breasts recipe makes 1 Servings
4 Whole chicken breasts; split
and skinned
2 ounce Monterey Jack or Mozzarella
cheese
1 Egg; beaten
One fourth cup Fine bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
Cut slit in chicken breast. Cut cheese into strips and put inside slit in
chicken breast. Secure with toothpick. Place, bone side down, in baking
dish. Brush chicken with egg. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over
chicken. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes or until tender.
