Recipe - Cheesy Burger Buns

1 pack Yeast
3 One half cup Bread flour
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
One half cup Milk; 80 deg
One half cup Water; 80 deg
2 tablespoon Shortening; 80 deg
1 Egg; room temp
SETTING: White Bread / MANUAL
Delicious with grilled hamburgers or cold meats.
After the machine has completed the second rising, it will beep. Remove
the dough and divide into 2 parts. Divide each half into 4 pieces. Shape
each piece into a smooth ball, place on greased cookie sheet, flatten to a
4" diameter. Cover; let rise in warm place about 15 minutes. Combine 1
slightly beaten egg and one tablespoon water; brush on buns; sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees, 10 to 12 minutes.
