Recipe - Cheesecake Tarts

2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
One half cup Sugar
24 Vanilla wafers
1 cn Cherry pie filling
Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, eggs, and sugar. Line muffin tin with
cupcake papers. Place 1 vanilla wafer, round side up, in each paperlined
cup. Fill each cup 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 15
minutes, remove from oven and cool. Spoon filling on top of cheesecakes
when fully cooled.
