Recipe - Cheesecake Dip

3 ounce Lowfat Neufchatel Cheese;
Softened
3 pack Equal® Sweetener; or 2 Tbsp
regular sugar
2 tablespoon Milk; 1% Lowfat
2 cup Cool Whip Lite®
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Beat cheese, sugar and milk until blended and smooth. Fold in whipped
topping and vanilla. Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake cubes.
Makes 2 cups.
