Recipe - Cheesecake Cupcakes

FILLING
2 pack (3oz) cream cheese;
softened
One fourth cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 pack (6oz) Nestle Toll House
semisweet chocolate
morsels; divided
CAKE
One half cup Nestle Toll House semisweet
chocolate morsels; reserved
from 6ounce package
1 One half cup Allpurpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Sugar
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Water
Confectioners'sugar
Filling: In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt; beat
until creamy. Stir in One half cup Nestle Toll House semisweet chocolate
morsels. Setaside.
Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt over hot (not boiling) water,
remaining One half cup Nestle Toll House semisweet chocolate morsels; stir
until smooth. Remove from heat; set aside. In small bowl, combine flour,
baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar, vegetable
oil, egg and vanilla extract; beat well. Stir in melted morsels. Gradually
beat in flour mixture alternately with water. Spoon One half of batter into 16
paperlined cupcake pans. Spoon 1 slightly rounded tablespoon Filling over
batter. Spoon remaining batter over Filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 2325
minutes. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely on wire racks.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Makes 16 cupcakes.
