Recipe - Cheesecake Ala Linda-Bah-Linda

FILLING
4 8 ounce Phila Brand cream
cheese; room temp
2 16 ounce sour cream; room temp
6 lg Eggs; room temp
2 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla
One half tablespoon Cinnamon (my addition)
CRUST
1 1/3 cup Vanilla wafers; crushed
One fourth cup Sugar
One half cup Butter; melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine ingredients for crust and press
into botton of greased 10" springform pan. Mix the filling ingredients and
beat until well mixed, do not overbeat! Pour filling mixture in pan. Bake
for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
