Recipe - Cheeseburger For Microwave

1 Baked pie crust
1 pound Ground beef
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Oregano
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half cup Dry bread crumbs
1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce
One fourth cup Chopped onion
One fourth cup Chopped green pepper
1 Egg; beaten
One fourth cup Milk
One half teaspoon Each: salt; dry mustard,
and Worcestershire
2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

In 2quart casserole, cook and stir meat until brown, 56 minutes. Drain.
Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, crumbs, One half cup tomato sauce, onion and
green pepper. Turn into crust. Cook on medium for 10 minutes (or high for 7
minutes.) Add milk to egg; stir in seasonings and cheese. Place on meat
mixture and cook on medium for 2 minutes or high for 1One half minutes. Brown
34 minutes.
