Recipe - Cheeseburger Bake (Bisquick)

1 pound Ground beef
Three fourths cup Chopped onion
1 cn Condensed cheddar cheese
Soup (10 Three fourths oz)
1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
One fourth cup Milk
2 cup "Bisquick" baking mix
Three fourths cup Water
1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Generously grease 13x9x2" baking dish. Cook beef
and onion in 10" skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in soup,
vegetables and milk.

Stir baking mix and water in baking dish until moistened; spread evenly.
Spread beef mixture over batter; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 min.
