1 One half cup Flour
One half cup Wholewheat flour
3 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Beaumonde seasoning
3 Eggs; beaten
1 Three fourths cup Milk
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Parsley; snipped
1 tablespoon Chives; snipped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
6 sl Bacon; crisply cooked,
drained; crumbled
3 Egg whites; stiffly beaten
6 Eggs; poached
12 sl Tomato; thinly cut or sliced up

Recipe By : Weight Watchers Stir together the dry ingredients. Combine the
beaten egg yolks, milk, oil, parsley, chives and Worcestershire sauce. Add
to the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the cheese and bacon, then
fold in the egg whites. Bake in a waffle iron. Top each serving with a
tomato slice and a poached egg.
