4 Eggs
1/3 cup HalfandHalf
1 One half cup Shredded Swiss cheese (6oz)
1 pack (10oz) frozen chopped
spinach cooked and drained
4 sl Bacon; crispcooked and
crumbled
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Salt
1. Beat eggs with halfandhalf until light and fluffy.
2. Blend in cheese, spinach, bacon, lemon juice and salt. Pour into
lightly greased 9inch quiche dish. CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
3. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook 4045 minutes or until knife inserted
near center comes out clean.
4. Cut into 10 wedges and serve. MICROWAVE:
3. Cook at MEDIUM power 1315 minutes, or until knife inserted near center
comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes.
