Recipe - Cheese Tomato Pie

4 sl Bread; cubed
2 md Tomatoes; chopped
One fourth teaspoon Basil
1 One half cup Grated cheedar or swiss
cheese
2 Eggs; beaten
1 cup Milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Place bread in a greased 1quart casserole. Add tomatoes. Sprinkle basil
and cheese over tomatoes. In small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over casserole. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
