Recipe - Cheese Salad Dressings - Great Chefs

DRESSING
3 tablespoon Cheese, Roquefort OR
3 tablespoon Cheese, Bleu
2 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Wine, Port

Dressing: =========

Warm the ingredients gently until softened then mix the ingredients
with a whisk.

Makes enough for two salads.
