Recipe - Cheese Ring With Strawberry Jam

1 pound Sharp Cheddar cheese; grated
1 cup Chopped pecans
2 cup Mayonnaise
1 Onion; finely chopped
1 Clove garlic; pressed
One half teaspoon Tabasco
1 cup Strawberry jam

Mix first 6 ingredients together thoroughly. Place in a greased ring mold.
Refrigerate overnight. Unmold onto serving plate and place strawberry jam
in the center. Serve with crackers.
