Recipe - Cheese Rice

4 cup Cooked white rice
1 cup Grated smoked cheddar cheese
Cayenne pepper
Salt or substitute
4 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 cup Milk
One half C. cornflake crumbs (up to
3/4)
Butter the bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Spread half of rice on
bottom; sprinkle with half of cheese, some cayenne & salt. Dot with pieces
of butter. Repeat with remaining rice, spices & butter. Pour milk evenly
over top. Sprinkle generously with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees
2530 minutes until bubbly and browned. Serves 4
