Recipe - Cheese Pastries

1 cup Flour
2 tablespoon Cornmeal
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt, cayenne
One fourth cup Butter
1 cup Sharp cheddar; grated
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; grated
5 tablespoon Water
1. In bowl, put first 5 ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add
both cheeses and toss. Sprinkle with water and mix into ball.
2. Roll out on lightly floured surface to 16"x5" rectangle. Cut in 1/2"
wide strips crosswise, making 32 strips. Place on greased baking sheet and
bake at 400F for 10 mins until golden. Cool on rack.
Store in open container to retain crispness.
