Recipe - Cheese Marinated Onions

3 ounce Blue cheese, crumbled
One half cup Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Sugar
Pepper and paprika to taste
4 md Onions, cut or sliced up and seperated
into rings
Combine all ingredients except the onions; mix well. Place onions on bottom
of serving bowl, pour mixture over onions. Chill at least 8 hours.
