Recipe - Cheese Herb Bread

1 cup Water
1 One half tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Sugar
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Dried basil
1 teaspoon Dried parsley
Three fourths cup Whole wheat flour
2 One fourth cup Bread flour
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
One half cup Swiss cheese; grated
3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; grated
*** Add the cheeses after the dough has formed a smooth ball, about 5
minutes into the first kneading cycle.
** This recipe makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
For a variation, use different combinations of cheeses.
