Recipe - Cheese Crackers

2 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
One half cup Butter; softened
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 cup Flour
One half cup Pecans; ground
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne
Combine cheese, butter, and salt in food processor. Blend until smooth. Add
flour and pecans and process until blended. Form dough into teaspoonsized
balls and place on greased baking sheets. Flatten with a fork, dipping fork
in flour if necessary to keep from sticking. Sprinkle crackers with
cayenne. Bake at 400 degrees for 710 minutes, until just beginning to
brown. Serve hot or cool to room temperature.
NOTES : Serving size = 2 or 3 crackers.
