Recipe - Cheese Cake Pie

1 Graham cracker crust
1 pack (11oz) cream cheese;
softened
2 Eggs
One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 One half cup Sour cream
1/3 cup Sugar
Strawberries; or desired
fruit

Blend cheese; add and beat 1 egg at a time. Add One half cup sugar and vanilla;
mix. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes. Remove but
leave oven on.

Blend 1 to 1One half cups sour cream with 1/3 cup sugar. Spread over the top;
turn oven off and put pie in oven for 4 minutes. Top with strawberries or
other fruit.
