Recipe - Cheese-Mushroom Quiche

One half pound Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
3 tablespoon Bread crumbs
2 Onions
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 Egg
2 cup Cottage cheese; 1/2% fat
Thyme; salt, pepper
Saute mushrooms, add crumbs. Put in quiche pan. Saute onions and put over.
Top with Cheddar. Combine egg and cottage cheese and put on top. Sprinkle
with seasonings. Bake 45 min. at 375F.
