Recipe - Cheese-Celery-Crabmeat Cocktail

1 One half cup Celery; minced
2 cup Cooked crabmeat; chilled
2 tablespoon Chili sauce
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon Minced onion
1 One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Ground black pepper
2 Sliced mild cheddar cheese;
grated
Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce as the first
course, or if desired, serve as a salad for lunch or dinner. Serve on melba
rounds as an appetizer.
