Recipe - Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes

2 tablespoon Margarine
1 small Onion, cut or sliced up
1 cn (10 One fourth oz.) Campbell's NEW
Broccoli Cheese Soup
One half cup Milk
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
4 md Potatoes, cooked and cut or sliced up
(about 3 One half cups)
In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until
tender.
Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes.
Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer for 5 minutes, or until hot and
bubbling. stirring occasionally. Garnish with sage if desired.
Makes 4 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
