Recipe - Cheddar Scones With Smoked Turkey

4 cup Biscuit mix
1 One fourth cup Milk
2 Eggs
One fourth cup Butter; melted
2 One half cup Finely shredded Cheddar
cheese
Smoked turkey; thinly cut or sliced up
Combine biscuit mix, milk, eggs, butter and cheese; mix well until
ingredients are moistened. Drop by table spoonfuls onto lightly greased
baking sheet. Heat oven to 400øF; bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden
brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly before removing from baking
sheet. To serve, slice scones in half and fill with small slice of turkey.
Arrange on serving tray.
