Recipe - Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes

One fourth cup Butter or margarine
One fourth cup Allpurpose flour
2 cup Milk
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar
cheese
One half cup Grated Parmesan cheese
5 cup Sliced cooked peeled
potatoes (about 5 medium)
One fourth cup Buttered bread crumbs
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually add milk; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat. Add the salt, cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese,
stir until cheeses melt. Add potatoes; stir gently to mix. Place in a
greased 2qt. baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake, uncovered,
at 350! for 3035 minutes.
Yield: 68 servings.
