Recipe - Cheddar Cheese Fudge

2 cup shredded cheddar
: cheese (One half lb.)
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
One half cup cocoa
1 One half pound confectioners sugar
1 One half cup nonfat dry milk (One half lb.)
One half tablespoon vanilla
Have all ingredients at room temperature: combine in large mixing
bowl. Beat until creamy ( it may be necessary to moisten mixture with
One fourth c. whole milk). Put in buttered 9" square pan; chill. When firm,
cut into 64 squares. Makes about 3 One half lbs. Note: Drained maraschino
cherries, flaked coconut, miniature marshmallows or chopped nuts may
