Recipe - Chcken Pasta Gratin

Ingredients:

Leftover chicken ( 1 wing
and 1 breast are enough)
2 Shallots or half an onion;
chopped
One fourth pound Mushrooms
One half cup Chicken stock
One half cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 cup Heavy cream or fresh cream
One half pound Pasta ( linguini or
tagliarini or fetuccini),
cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon Butter
1 pn Nutmeg
1 pn Cayenne (optional)

Shred chicken. Cook shallots and cut or sliced up mushrooms in butter until most of
the liquid has evaporated. Stir in chicken,seasonings and broth. Bring to
boil and cook 2 minutes. Stir in cream, bring to boil. Turn off heat and
add half the cheese. Stir in pasta to cmbine. Place into a buttered baking
dish. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake at 350 F for 30
