Recipe - Charlies Sheet Cake

Ingredients:
Charlies Sheet Cake recipe makes 8 Servings
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Bread flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half cup Hot milk
1 tablespoon Butter
Butter a 8x12x2" cake pan, preheat oven to 375 F. Beat the eggs and vanilla
well, add 1 cup sugar. Mix well. Sift together flour, bakning powder and
salt. Add eggs. Heat milk with butter until butter melts, Mix into batter.
Beat for 1 minutes until smooth. Bake for 2530 minutes until the cake
starts to brown on top.
