Charlies Mayonnaise And Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing recipe makes 24 Servings
2 Eggs
Juice of one lemon
(or 3 Tbsp vinegar)
One half cup Oil (1/3 cup olive oil
Rest safflower)
2 tablespoon MYSEASONING
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half Cups safflower oil
1 Put all ingredients except 1One half cup oil in blender and mix on low speed
for about 30 seconds. Increase speed to max and slowly drizzle in the
remainder of the oil until all is incorporated and emulsified into a
smooth, golden mayonnaise.
