Recipe - Charleston Chayote Delight

2 lg Summer squash; chayote
1 md Onion
1 lg Bell pepper
One half Stick butter; or
Extra virgin olive oil;
large splash
5 Radishes; minced
Wash and slice chayotes into thin pieces. Cook all ingredients together
slowly in a large castiron frying pan. Butter OR OIL =
SUBstitute up to 3 tablespoons oil for One half stick of butter. Thanks to
