Recipe - Charcoal Broiled Swordfish Steaks With Almond Butter

One half cup Soy sauce
2 Pressed garlic cloves
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup Minced parsley
1 teaspoon Oregano
One half cup Orange juice
1 teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Grated lemon or orange rind
6 lg Swordfish steaks 3/4" thick
ALMOND BUTTER
Combine all ingredients except fish; pour over steaks in shallow glass
baking dish & marinate several hours, turning once or twice. When
charcoal is ready, grill steaks, turning once & basting often during
grilling, for 20 minutes. Top with Almond Butter.
