Recipe - Channa Kari (Curried Chick Peas)

1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
One half cup Chopped sweet green pepper
One fourth cup Oil
2 cn Chick peas 1 One fourth lbs
Each
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Fresh coriander or parsley
Saute curry powder, garlic and green pepper is oil. Add chick peas and
salt, stir, and heat through. Simmer for 5 minutes, and serve sprinkled
with coriander or parsley. Serves 6
